Retrofitted catalytic converter for motor vehicle exhaust is fitted between engine and silencer and consists of a casing filled with 150 ceramic spheres, coated with Cr and with precious metal vapour deposited on them, 12 min. dia. The spheres are held in place by expanded metal and a swirler is fitted, along with a het shield. Two slots allow for cooling. USE/ADVANTAGE - Environmentally-friendly and inexpensive exhaust treatment.
