The conveyor, especially for containers (2) with neck collars, consists of a housing (7) with two side walls (7a), an upper wall (7b) and a lower one (7c), equipped with a guide channel (5) for the containers, which are transported by air jets, and a suction air intake. The housing is sealed, apart from its two ends (E, S) through which the containers enter and leave, and is made up of three compartments - a first compartment into which the air used for transporting the containers is blown, a second compartment containing the guide channel and in which the air is formed into jets for transporting the containers, and a third compartment with suction air intakes. The air is passed round a closed circuit with the aid of fans (9), and it is filtered and treated with a disinfectant.
