The vine protector has a canvas cover sheet, to cover the rows of vines, when released by the press stud fastener (4). The cover is supported at its center and along its length, by a central tube (1), to which it is fixed by screws or rivets. The tube has, at each end, a smaller tube (5), which fits over the top of the support posts and also carries blades (2), which give width to the coverage of the canvas cover.
