The kit comprises a rain water collector (5) and an effluent discharge (12). It has an enclosure (2) and an irrigation feed combined with air conditioning (3). Rails (19) are provided for working tables which allow positioning of the modules within the enclosure. An Independent claim is included for an assembly and fitting process.
