The automatic music composition mechanism has a calculator (1) which sets the automatic composition using a memory (2) with a base of digital words, and a memory store (3) of sound samples. The calculator passes outputs to a musical synthesiser (4) , then to an adder circuit and finally to a digital to analogue converter (5).
