The fluorescent acquisition apparatus has a detection surface (21,25,28) lit by ultraviolet radiation and inducing the object under investigation to photo luminance. The image is acquired by a carriage (19) with a linear detector with a number of photo sights and having a geared drive (23) passing the linear detector over the object zone. A command mechanism (32) controls the carriage movement and fluorescent lighting.
