Mark-space ratio is based on temporal oscillations between first and second capacities (C1, C2). Duration of each oscillation is respectively proportional to value of each capacity. Oscillation is made by oscillating unit (11) that is mutual to two capacities and with logic doors (N1, N2) or operational amplifiers, linked to inversing circuit (I1, I2).
