PURPOSE: To obtain a triaxial piping test device and the test method performing the permeability (piping characteristics or boiling characteristics) test of actual ground soil under triaxial stress state equal to the actual ground by collecting undisturbed sample not disturbed by the actual ground. ;CONSTITUTION: A test piece 4 is sealed by covering with rubber film over the outer surface of a sample piece formed with an undisturbed sample.
