PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color-deepening agent for a fiber, capable of forming a darkly dyed fiber product comprising a wool or the like into a deep color, and excellent in color-deepening effect and its durability. SOLUTION: This color-deepening agent for a fiber is obtained by mixing (X) a resin solution obtained by adding a diisocyanate compound to a hydroxy- modified dimethylsilicone oil (having two or more hydroxy groups) in an amount regulated so that the reacting molar ratio of NCO group to OH group may be 1.1-2.0, and allowing an aqueous solution of sodium bisulfite (sodium hydrogen sulfite or NaHSO3 ) to act on the obtained product as an agent for forming the product into the water-soluble one, and a blocking agent, with (Y) a water- dispersing element obtained by dispersing a fluorine-based polymer having a perfluoroalkyl group at the side chain and further having water-repellency, in water, and (Z) a water-dispersing element obtained by dispersing a polyorganosiloxane compound in the water.
