PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throating plate, a water soil prevention member, and a mounting structure of an eaves gutter hoisting device to a fascia board capable of being mounted simply, reducing mounting man-hour, preventing rainwater from hitting the fascia board even if rainwater hits surfaces of the eaves gutter hoisting device and eaves gutter and rebounds, and preventing the fascia board from getting dirty and corroding.;SOLUTION: This throuating plate A is attached between a fascia board 4 along the eaves and a lower end part of an eaves gutter hoisting device 3. As for this throating plate A, its width is expanded in the direction of eaves gutter 5, it is a plate body having a dog leg shaped cross section, along hole 11 is provided in substantially central part in the direction of eaves gutter 5 in a bent upper part thereof, and a lower end part protrudes forward and obliquely in a lower part thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
