PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an environmental pollution-free waste disposal site capable of preventing the generation of air pollution, water pollution or soil pollution, dispersing with management after landfilling treatment and not requring much expense.;SOLUTION: A water barrier sheet 2 is laid on the entire surface of a recessed part 1 excavated at a predetermined depth and the foundation 3 is arranged over the entire periphery of the upper end part of the recessed part 1 and a waste charging port 6 and an exhaust port 7 are diposed to the side portion 5 of the foundation 3. The peripheral edge part of the first sheet 10 arranged in a flat plate shape under tension so as to close the opening part of the recessed part 1 is connected to the upper part of the foundation 3 and a second sheet 15 is arranged in a flat or projecting state so as to hold a gap 17 above the first sheet and the peripheral edge part thereof is connected to the upper part of the foundation 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
