PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing bed with a shower toilet convenient to use, capable of easily nuring a person to be nursed such as a sick person or an old aged and enabling the person to be nursed to easily open the bowels.;SOLUTION: A mat support frame body having a rising and falling bed support leg part is provided so as to have a lower space part, and an opening part in which a mat intermediate part is fitted is provided to a mat support plate and a mat at a position corresponding to the hips, and the mat intermediate part falls from the opening part and retracts to the undersurface of the mat support plate to open the opening part, and next, the mat support frame body falls to fit the toilet seat surface of a portable toilet in the opening part to expose the same. After evacuation, a hot water washing/hot air drying apparatus part is operated and the support frame body is raised to open the opening part and the mat intermediate part is fitted in the opening part and the mat support frame body rises to a desired position to be stopped.
