PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively provide conductive ceramics to be efficiently heated to a medium heat temperature by currentcarrying by dispersing metallic covering inorganic substance powder or short fiber and carbon powder in a porous inorganic glassy body. CONSTITUTION: A structure is formed by dispersing powder of an inorganic substance to which a metallic covering is applied by electrodeless and electrolytic plating and/or short fiber and carbon powder in a porous inorganic glassy body, and conductive ceramics to be efficiently heated to about 100 to 500 deg.C is obtained. In that case, the content of the metallic covering powder or the short fiber is preferable to be 40 to 80wt%. When this conductive ceramics is formed into a film shape, the metallic covering inorganic substance powder or the like and frit powder are mixed with a resin solution or dispersing liquid, and it is applied to a surface of a heat resistant insulating base body, and after it is dried, it is baked at a temperature where the frit powder melts and resin is carbonized, and a film formed according to its necessity is separated from the base body. When the ceramics is formed as a mold, the mixture is molded and baked.
