PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding substrate body for the creation of a Zostera marina bed difficult to be affected by waves.;SOLUTION: Reticulated bags 1, 2 and 3 made of a corrosible material are juxtaposed under a condition that plural bags are joined, and a nursery base material 7 containing Zostera marina seeds and stone 6 are filled in a mixed or divided state with each other in each of the bags 1, 2 and 3.
