PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional structure design system capable of performing drawing and numerical calculation at the same time by handling design of a concrete structure by three-dimensional data from the beginning, and reducing the trouble in designing the concrete structure. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional structure design system and method are characterized by providing information input means for inputting structure information related to the whole of a building frame of a concrete-made three-dimensional structure, structure three-dimensional data detecting means for detecting information between members and joining information according to the input concrete-made structure information, checking interfering part between the members according to the detection result and determining conclusions between each other, further automatically adjusting overlapping of members, and detecting the input member information as information agreeing with the concrete-made structure, building frame numerical quantity detecting means for calculating the respective numerical quantity of concrete, forms and supports of he concrete-made structure according to the member information after adjustment and result display means for displaying and outputting the detection result of the respective means such as a tabulation table or the like.
