PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice bran fermentation product useful as an organic fertilizer capable of continuing mild fertilizer effect or a feed for domestic animals by using several kinds of specific fungi in combination to execute a prescribed fermentation in the rice bran fermentation product obtained by fermenting using fungi used for food production. SOLUTION: A 1st group: Aspergillus sojae, Aspergillus oryze, Aspergillus niger, temperate phage centering on Rhizopus oligosporus, a 2nd group: Bucillus Richeniformis, Bacillus subtillus, a 3rd group: Hanzenura anorama, Sacchromyces cellubisie, Candida utilus. Three kinds of fungi are combined by selecting one kind fungi from each group and a three step fermentation from a primary fermentation to a tertiary fermentation is executed by using the combined fungi.
