PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by pointing out a design improvement point so as to obtain the best working efficiency in the order relation of working processes to be distributed into multiple working stations. ;SOLUTION: The order relation of respective working processes of a prescribed working line consisting of distributing multiple working processes to the multiple working stations on the basis of the order relation is inputted. The order relation of respective working processes of a working line having the best working efficiency out of working lines consisting of distributing the same or similar multiple working processes as/to the prescribed working line to the same multiple working stations as that of the prescribed working line is obtained.
