PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse tube refrigerating machine where the pulse tubes can be made into the ones of multistage expansion type simple of constitution, and also the phase adjustment of each pulse tube can be executed independently, and which is enhanced in the freezing efficiency, and a superconductive magnet device using this pulse tube refrigerating machine. ;SOLUTION: This pulse tube freezer is equipped with a refrigerant gas supply and exhaust system 1, a cylinder 11 which stores the first-stage cryogenic temperature refrigerating part 12 and the second-stage cryogenic temperature part 13 en block into one, through an cryogenic-temperature system 4 being kept at a cryogenic temperature by the supply and exhaust of the refrigerant gas of the refrigerant gas supply and exhaust system 1 is divided into first-stage cryogenic-temperature part 12 and the second cryogenic-temperature part 13, and a phase regulating system 5 which regulates the phase of each refrigerant gas of the above first-stage ultralow-temperature freezing part 12 and the second cryogenic-temperature part 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
