PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge the state of an emergency information transmission key in emergency information system terminal equipment.;SOLUTION: An emergency information transmission key 3 is provided with a resistance R2 connected with the both edges of a normal open switch 31 in parallel and a resistance R3 connected with one edge of the switch 31 and connected through a conductor B with a control part 12. The other edge of the switch 31 is connected through a conductor A with the control part 12 of emergency information system terminal equipment 1, and connected through the resistance R1 with a power supply voltage V. In this case, the control part 12 monitors the potential of the conductor A by using the conductor B as a reference potential to capture four states, that is, a normal state that the switch 31 is not depressed, an operating state that the switch 31 is depressed, an open state due to disconnection, and a disconnected state due to short.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
