PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microorganisms effective in soil which are scattered on crops in order to control disease injuries of in-house and open-field crops, and to provide a disease-controlling method by spraying the same microorganisms on crops or earth surfaces. ;SOLUTION: The disease-controlling microorganisms effective in soil are obtained by extracting many useful fungi bodies contained in at least one group of aerobic fungi bodies, by culturing them in a culture medium and by making these spore-like fungi bodies adhere to particulate or powdery carriers. The disease-controlling microorganisms effective in soil in which many fungi bodies contained in at least one group of aerobic fungi bodies are adsorbed on particulate or powdery carriers are sprayed on the surfaces of in-house or open-field crops or earth surfaces, and the microorganisms are germinated under such conditions as water, oxygen, temperature and nutrition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
