AUXILIARY IMPLEMENT USED FOR METHOD OF MOVING BODY IN COMPLIANCE WITH RESPIRATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an auxiliary implement used for a method of moving the body in compliance with the respirations in order to relax the tension of the muscles, to condition the balance of the build, to lead the mind to a relaxed state and to enhance the natural heeling power possessed by man. ;SOLUTION: This auxiliary implement 1 is used for the method of moving the body in compliance with the respirations to carry out three kinds of the respiration including abdominal, muscle relaxant and conditioning ones, and 15 kinds of the respirations and movements combining the movements of the body involving the bending and stretching of the body. The implement consists of a mirror 2 having a height H and width W capable of mirroring in the upper half body part in an upright state and the upper half body part in the state of bending the body to the right and left when a person diametrically faces the mirror at a prescribed distance. Angle auxiliary lines 3 which are the measures for angles when the body is bent to the right and left or when the hands are raised and angle indication figures 4 which indicate the angles of the angle auxiliary lines 3 are displayed on the surface of the mirror 2. Further, marks Mn (n=1, 2,..., 15) indicating 15 kinds of the respirations and movements are displayed in order of the respirations and movements.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
