PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation performance measuring instrument and adiabatic performance measuring method capable of measuring the heat insulation performance of a building material of a double layered structure. ;SOLUTION: A wall body 1a of a box body A is provided with an aluminum sash 11 with a storm door, double aluminum sashes 12, an aluminum sash 13 with a curtain and a heat insulation wall structure 14. Cooling machines 31 and 31 containing fans are mounted at the wall bodies 1b and 1d. The central part of the boxy body A is provided with a temperature sensor 25 and the outside surfaces of the aluminum sash 11 with the storm door, the double aluminum sashes 12, the aluminum sash 13 with the curtain and the adiabatic wall structure 14 are respectively provided with temperature sensors 21, 22, 23 and 24 which are connected by signal cables 26 to a monitor 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
