PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a hot-water bottle is used under the existing circumstances because a conventional electric foot warmer gives only a superficial warmth but cannot warm the body to the marrow, or that the pouring of hot water is attended with a danger because of the use of boiled water (90-100°C), and the replacement of the hot water which has gotten cold is so hard that a sick person cannot handle the hot-water bottle. ;SOLUTION: In this far infrared electric hot-water bottle, the advantage of hot-water bottle and the advantage of electric foot warmer are integrated, and the stone powder of a special rock having high radiation rate of far infrared ray is dispersed on the upper surface of the hot-water bottle, so that the body can be warmed from the foot to the marrow in spite of a low temperature of 40-60°C. To heat water for 5-6 min and prevent the temperature from exceeding 60°C, a thermostat (60°C off) is mounted so that ON/OFF can be automatically performed. When this hot-water bottle is warmed once, a switch is OFF to lay it in a warming state for about 1 hr. One replacement of water per year suffices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
