CULTURE OF VEGETABLE USING CULTURING BED AND ITS CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing of vegetable capable of improving the control of water holding in the culturing method of vegetables and its container for sowing the seeds of the vegetable in a container having water- discharging holes and spraying water for growing, and the culturing method of vegetables and its container aiming at the improvement of the efficiency of the culturing area of a sprout of which roots are growing straight such as a mung bean sprout and also for the purpose of suppressing the growth of the sprout. SOLUTION: This method for culturing and its container is constituted by laying a paper, cloth, etc., having ventilating and water-holding properties as a culturing floor 3 in a culturing container 1 having water-drainage holes 2 and sowing the seeds 4 of a vegetable. Further, the culturing is performed by piling tapered culturing containers in a state that the seeds are compressed from the upper direction by plural stages and capable of lifting each of the upper culturing containers up in the process of growing the seeds. Also, a plate having holes 5 is put on the seeds 4.
