Reaction chamber (8) consists of multiple co-axial tubes (14,14',15,15') and helical tube (10) used for generating vortex flow of fuel. Helical grooves on ribs are formed in the helical tube. A housing (9) surrounds the helical tube. Heat exchanger is provided between reaction chamber and heat source. An Independent claim is also included for fuel reforming method.
