The invention is characterized in that a control device is used which is also configured for receiving data of the navigation satellite system. In addition, the data of the navigation satellite system which is received at the time of response is respectively recorded outside the time of the response in a non-volatile memory both in the control device and in the debiting device. During subsequent control of debits registered in the mobile storage medium of the controlled vehicle, it is determined, at the time of the response, if the data of the navigation satellite system recorded in the non-volatile memory of the vehicle corresponds to the data of the navigation satellite system recorded by the control device itself for this point in time.
