In the present invention, there is disclosed a two-component product based on phenolic resin comprising resol-based resin and sulfonic acid-based catalyst being intended for soil consolidation by injection. The present invention is characterized in that the invented two-component product contains as ingredients a surfactant or a combination of surfactants, resorcin, novolac resin or sulfonated novolac resin and/or a dispersion of preliminary crosslinked resol. These ingredients are added to the resinous component or to catalytic component.
