PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the effective expression of the antitumor activity of crude drugs, e.g. mushrooms or the like, containing antitumor active polysaccharides, e.g. -glucan and the like, and to permit the evaluative estimate without clinical test on the effectivity of the antitumor activity of these drugs on internal use.;SOLUTION: The antitumor activity is strengthened by roasting mushrooms containing -glucan brown by far-infrared rays, adding Koji to this to ferment and further changing it into an oil agent.
