ALSO, A TOPSHEET IN THE ABSORBENT ARTICLE COMPRISES A LIQUID-PERMEABLE SHEET, WHICH COMPRISES AT LEAST A LAYER IN CONTACT WITH A USER''S SKIN AND A LAYER NOT IN CONTACT WITH THE USER''S SKIN, THE LAYERS BEING OVERLAID AND COMBINED WITH EACH OTHER INTO A UNITARY BODY. THE LAYER IN CONTACT WITH THE USER''S SKIN COMPRISES A POROUS FILM OF A THERMOPLASTIC RESIN OR A NONWOVEN FABRIC OF SYNTHETIC FIBERS. THE LAYER NOT IN CONTACT WITH THE USER''S SKIN COMPRISES AN ABSORBENT SHEET, WHICH COMPRISES AT LEAST BULKY CELLULOSE FIBERS.
