Module evolved from Digital Cardiac Telemetry using the Holter technique with a connection to a unique national Central Control office using a Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). A module evolved from Digital Holter Cardiac Telemetry connected to a unique Central Control office by the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) is a Cardiological application of Telemedicine that integrates an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal capture and amplification module, with a program that analyses the data to determine whether to transmit to the Central Control office. The system applies cardiac registry technology and mobile digital telecommunications technology. IT RECORDS WHILE OPERATING, analyses the cardiac activity in "real time", summarises it and sends it. The command to send is activated for three reasons: "panic button", anomaly detection or programmed time. The central office receives the GSM connection with an identification that authorizes the opening of the patient's file so that the ECG can be seen on the screen of the Cardiologist on Duty for the purpose of analysis and decision making. This allows the Central office to communicate, obtain the ECG and give the patient instructions.
