Compounds represented by general formula (I) which have a TNF-α production inducing effect, a herbicidal effect and an insecticidal effect and drugs and pesticides containing these compounds as the active ingredient: wherein R?1 and R5¿ represent each lower alkyl; R?2 to R4, R6 and R7¿ represent each hydrogen or alkyl; and R8 represents optionally substituted alkyl, acyl, carbamoyl, etc., or R?6 and R7¿ may together form alkylene optionally intermitted with oxygen or nitrogen.
