QUADRUPLEX PCR SYSTEMS CONSISTING OF STR LOCI WHICH ARE HIGHDISCRIMINATING IN KOREAN POPULATION AND THE METHODS OF HUMANIDENTIFICATION USING THEM

PURPOSE: Provided is a detection method of genetic markers having discriminability in korean population. A gene typing method using the same is also provided. In particular, the gene typing is performed by amplifying the combination of STR(short tandem repeat loci) using PCR. CONSTITUTION: The gene mapping method using multiflex PCR system comprises the following steps of: obtaining analysis DNA sample having at least 3, preferably 4 STR loci; subjecting STR sequence to PCR using a specific primer; and subjecting PCR products to electrophoresis then followed by evaluating allele and identifying genetic type. The multiflex STR system consists of the combination of at least 3 STRs selected from the group consisting of D5S818, D13S317, D19S253, D3S2406, D2S1371, D8S1477, D12S391, D20S470, D6S1043, D9S925, D7S821, D4S2368, D21S1437, D16S3253, D14S608, AND D18S1270.
