SURFACE-IMPROVING METHOD FOR COSMETIC STUFF AND SOLID POWDERED COSMETIC STUFF CONTAINING PIGMENT IMPROVED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A surface-improving method for cosmetic stuff and solid powdered cosmetic stuff containing pigment improved thereby are provided, which give surface-improved color pigment and solid powder cosmetic composition containing same showing excellent oil-resistance and skin adherence. CONSTITUTION: The surface-improving method for cosmetic stuff comprises: (1) adding talc to ionized water while heating the ionized water at 60deg.C, and dispersing at the rate of 200rpm; (2) adding silicone fluoro polyester to isopropanol, and dissolving completely by heating to 50deg.C; (3) shaking (1) at 200rpm, and adding (2) rapidly; (4) cooling (3) rapidly to 35deg.C; (5) filtering (4) under decompression to remove water and isopropanol; (6) drying (5) by hot-wind for 24hrs at 120deg.C; (7) pulverizing (6) into powder to get the surface-improved color pigment by silicone fluoro polyester. The solid powdered cosmetic stuff contains the surface-improved color pigment 0.05-90wt.% based on the total weight of cosmetic stuff.
