The crystal oscillator is composed of an outer housing 1, a circuit board 2, and an inner case 6. The resonator in the independent casing 9 is located on the bottom of the inner case. The inner case 6 has a box shape which is opened in reverse, and is made of a material having excellent thermal conductivity. The bottom of the inner case 6 is very adjacent to the center 3 of the circuit board 2. The entire thermostatic element of the oscillator is arranged on the center 3 of the circuit board 2. The central part of the circuit board is divided from the perimeter by the transverse path 4, and the central part and the peripheral part are connected to each other at the end of the traverse by a narrow bridge strip 5. The heating element 10 and the main temperature detector 11 are attached to the side wall of the inner case 6 by means of thermally conductive rods, the thermally conductive rods being very close to each bridge strip 5 in the center of the circuit board 2. Penetrate (3). The opening face of the box 6 is covered with a thin copper cover 12. Between the cover and the body of the crystal resonator 9 is an adiabatic space. A copper cover 13 is attached to the end of the thermally conductive rod 8 extending from the opposite side of the circuit board 2. An insulation space is provided between the cover 13 and the thermostat element disposed on the circuit board 2. The thermostatic regulator is made according to the arrangement of the bridge circuit and has an auxiliary heat sensitive arm comprising an auxiliary temperature detector 15 arranged on the periphery of the circuit board 2.
