PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for supporting 114 telephone announcements is provided to support 114 announcements, when a user who word-inputs a name of a firm or of a person requested on a key pad by using a mobile communication terminal, by directly making a phone call to the number to the destination while showing the number requested on LCD screen of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: After detecting the common guide service provided by Internet or PC communication(7) instead of the database server for the supply of the telephone number requested. Firstly, a user directly inputs or selects, from a menu given, a firm name or a name of a person for detection to thereby transmit to a base transceiver station(2). The base transceiver station(2) transfer the data to an IWF(5), a switching center for processing the packet transmitted. The IWF(5) makes an access to the public telephone number guiding server through Internet network(6). After the data requested by the user is detected, the data is sent in reverse to the mobile communication terminal. The terminal processes the data detected and notifies it to the user. Here, if a multiple number of data are detected, the user can select by the way of menu or icon. The user can directly call to the number or stores the number in the mobile terminal.
