PURPOSE: A method for issuing and receiving all sorts of taxes, public charges accounts, a payment notice, and a receipt through the Internet is provided to reduce a cost for performing a collection agency and a management and issuing and receiving all sorts of taxes, public charges accounts, a payment notice, and a receipt through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The information with respect to all sorts of payment notices, a receipt, public charges accounts issued from the country or a public institution, a tax, a fine etc, are transmitted to an information system being linked through the Internet, and search information related thereto is searched. In addition, indexes corresponded to the search information are extracted from a storing unit and displayed as the payment notice forms. Various-typed forms are displayed and transmitted to users by executing a calling unit of the all sorts of payment notices and executing a communication unit through an external device and a communication line. Thus, the users may pay all sorts of charges using a credit card and cyber money etc. through the external device executing the communication unit and a web browser having the communication line.
