PURPOSE: An authorized acknowledgement system is provided to smoothly perform the approval request of the propriety of transaction from a person in charge to a manager and its feedback and to support the judgment of the propriety of manager approval in a financial institution. CONSTITUTION: The authorized acknowledgement system(20) has a customer information file(21) and outputs customer information based on customer information reference request, a terminal for a person in charge giving the reference request of customer information to the host system(20), obtaining customer information outputted from the host system(20) and outputting the manager approval request for a prescribed transaction with customer information and manager terminals receiving the manager approval request and customer information, displaying a transaction content included in the manager approval request and customer information to the manager and deciding the propriety of the transaction are installed.
