PURPOSE: An ink temperature control system of an industrial inkjet printer is provided to prevent the trouble of the industrial inkjet printer caused by the change of ink temperature, to reduce a maintenance cost by suppressing the excessive use of a diluted solution, and to reduce the loss of ink caused by an oversupplied diluted solution. CONSTITUTION: An ink temperature control system for an industrial inkjet printer comprises; a control unit controlling each unit by comparing an ink temperature sensed by the thermistor of a reservoir with a limit temperature and a reference ink temperature after converting the ink temperature to a voltage element; a heating and cooling unit increasing or decreasing ink temperature when the temperature is lower than or higher than the reference ink temperature; a circulating unit circulating coolants with a water pump to properly keep the ink temperature in the reservoir; and an indicating unit indicating the trouble of the industrial inkjet printer. First, the ink temperature sensed by the thermistor is inputted into a microcomputer. When the sensed ink temperature is higher than the limit and the reference temperature, a cooling fan is operated. When the ink temperature is the same as the limit and the reference temperature, the control system stops temporarily. When the ink temperature is lower than the limit and the reference temperature, the water pump is driven and the heater of the heating and cooling unit receives voltage to increase the ink temperature. The control system indicates the trouble of the inkjet printer with a signal from an overheating and overcooling sensor.
