A substance for screening an immunotherapeutic agent having antitumor and / or anticancer activity available at an affordable price.;Screening method for determining a substance having LAK activity enhancing action suitable for a subject containing the following steps in vitro:;(a) collecting peripheral blood of a subject to prepare these lymphocyte fractions;;(b) preparing a LAK induction sample to which the screening substance of the present invention is added to the lymphocyte fraction and a control sample to which the screening substance is not added;;(c) measuring the LAK activity against the derived sample and the control sample and comparing the results with each other to determine the enhancing activity of the LAK activity in vitro of the screening material for the subject.
