The present invention relates to a fuzzy amount determining device that considers rpm variation during idling. Especially, the rate of change of rpm during idling is obtained for each sampling time. It is to provide a purge amount determination device to reduce the weight of the canister by increasing the purge amount even in the limit that the change rate of the rpm during idle is small.
