The present invention relates to a midnight purification device for contaminated water, and includes a constant pressure tank for sucking contaminated water with a pump and storing it at a constant pressure, and spraying the contaminated water stored in the constant pressure tank to make fine water particles, thereby introducing fine air therein. Dissolved contaminated water by storing a gas-liquid changer that makes a mixture of water particles and air, and a mixture of air and water particles made by the gas-liquid changer at a predetermined pressure so that oxygen components contained in the air are sufficiently dissolved in the water particles. It is composed of dissolved oxygen control tank which increases oxygen rate and discharges residual air and discharges water with high dissolved oxygen rate. The present invention makes the contaminated water into fine water particles and at the same time mixes it with air, thereby increasing the contact area between air and water to the maximum, and maintaining the mixer in which air and water particles are mixed at a constant pressure for a predetermined time. Not only can the oxygen in the air be sufficiently dissolved in the particles, but also the dissolved oxygen in the treated water is precisely controlled as necessary by controlling the amount of air flowing into the gas-liquid changer according to the dissolved oxygen of the contaminated water inhaled.
