The present invention relates to a concrete landscaping block for fixing the joint portion of the block with a FRP anchor pin using a high-density polyethylene cap, the square landscaping block assembly 10 is made of concrete, each of its corners through the upper and lower holes ( 11 is formed and a circular high density polyethylene cap 12 is assembled at the joint area where the four rectangular landscaping block assemblies 10 meet, and the cap 12 is formed with holes 11 of each rectangular landscaping block assembly 10. Four matching holes 13 are formed and the FRP anchor pin 14 is inserted into the hole 13 of the cap 12 and the hole 11 of the rectangular landscape block assembly 10.
