Prior to enter filter modulus, air is heated to temperature exceeding temperature of ambient air by 5 to 30 C. Filter modulus has cylindrical casing enclosing sorbent and redox catalyst beds. Catalyst bed is made in the form of hollow cylinder and sorbent bed, absorbing hydrocarbons and other organics, is disposed inside cylindrical catalyst bed.
