The device has locking rings (15) to limit the transport space for the conveyed goods in the area of a milling roller of the mining device. The locking rings are smaller than the milling cutter cutting surface. An additional locking ring, which is larger than the milling roller surface, faces both sides of a feed chute. The locking rings form a simple labyrinth. The device has left and right locking rings (15), which limit the transport space for the conveyed goods in the area of a milling roller of the mining device. Each locking ring has segments (15a), which extend to the roller edge from the back of a tool holder of an outer milling cutter (11a) for free cutting to the beginning of a spiral guide plate (14) in the roller direction. The outer diameter of the locking ring is smaller than the cutting circle diameter of the milling cutter (11). An additional locking ring segment (5) is arranged parallel to the locking rings over their whole height, in curved sides facing both outer areas at the feed chute (3). The inner diameter of the additional locking ring segment is larger than the milling roller surface (12). The locking ring and additional locking ring segment form a closed part in the form of a simple labyrinth.
