The insulation building brick has one or more vacuum panels (1) fitted in hollow slit zones from the upper the lower sides of the brick, parallel to the front side. At least two vacuum panels are offset against each other, on different planes within the brick. The vacuum panels are located within the outer one-quarter of the brick structure. The slits form hollow zones with a depth up to 100% larger than the thickness of the vacuum panels. The vacuum panels are contained within a metal-free shrouding, and pref. of plastics.
