The building construction an outer shell with plastics foam sandwich elements and cover layers of steel plate or cement bonded fibreboards. An inner shell has a steel or wood profile support construction between loam-moulded plates. The loam-moulded plates preferably have a mechanically processed surface with form and smoothness tolerances of !0.5 mm and a peripheral groove and spring system. The groove is twice as deep as the spring height.
