An oscillation sorter to sort mixtures of lumpy solids of different density at least into light and heavy goods, has a sorting table to be found in an inclined location upon which at one end, the goods to be handled are delivered plus an oscillation generator(13) working on the sorting table. The essentially flat surface of the sorting table is provided with profiled grooves (4). The oscillation device runs essentially in the plane of the sorting table. Air nozzles (3) are located on the delivery side of the sorting table. The air passage of the nozzles is adjustable.
