The cap with integral spray nozzle for an aerosol can comprises a sleeve (3) which fits over the top end of the can. A spray head (5) is mounted inside this. A disk (7) fits into a groove (21) at the top of the sleeve, forming a cap. The disk is either flexible or hinged and when it is depressed it pushes on the end of a lever (27) which releases the spray.
