The device for silage fodder removal and loading is mounted via rapid coupling to the tractor front end composed of a three-point hitch or triangle and articulated shaft self-coupling to the pto shaft. The onboard hydraulics of the device consist of way valves (25) controlled from the tractor switching appts (27) through radio or infrared signals. The fodder is removed from the silo (45) by the cutter roller (3) and separated from the silo by a cutter plate and so fed by conveyor above or alongside the tractor to the mixing space (39). From the roller (3) the fodder is passed to a blower line or alternatively to a conveyor belt which is cowled over right the way along. In a variant, the fodder from the roller is passed to a steep-angle belt (8) for transfer onto a level belt (9).
