The first seam is between the testicles and the penis (11a). The separating layer (6a) follows the two pubic strips upwards as far as the side or side seams (3) and is sewn into the front part of the pants. The top edge, from one side or a side seam to the other, has a sewn-in elastic strip (2). The penis part has a hole (8), enclosed by a seam (9) , the size of the penis' diameter.
